Natural Ways to Relax – Learn the art of self-compassion

    Acupuncture

Forget for a while about self-confidence (which is based on the things you achieve) and focus instead on self-compassion (which is based on self-acceptance). Be as kind to yourself as you would to a friend or family member, since filling your mind with negative statements will only increase your stress levels. While you are on the road to pregnancy, make sure to enjoy the things you always used to – these may include sporting, artistic or cultural activities. Make time for friends; social interaction is vital when it comes to staying positive and content. Focus on the present moment rather than where you are going to and chances are, you will be much more resistant to stress.
