What is Frequency Therapy? Does it Work

Psychotherapy

Everything we can see around us is made up of energy. This includes our own physical bodies. What we perceive as solid matter is actually just energy waves when it is broken down to the atomic level.

Albert Einstein once said, “Everything in life is vibration”. All things have their own vibrational frequency, meaning they vibrate at varying rates. As humans, we also have a vibrational frequency.

These frequencies can be measured in Hertz (Hz). For human beings, it is thought that a healthy frequency level falls in the range of 62-72 Hz. If a person’s frequency level drops below 62 Hz, they are at a higher risk of disease and illness.

How is frequency used for healing?

There are a couple different approaches alternative medicine practitioners adopt for frequency therapy. Two examples are:

  • General body scan
  • Targeted healing

General Body Scan

This method looks at the complete individual to get a reading on the frequency being produced by that person. The scan searches for any abnormalities in the frequency levels of the organs and other areas within the body. This can help determine the condition of each organ, and detect the existence of harmful organisms or pathogens.

This approach can provide a clearer picture of whether or not organs are functioning at an ideal level. It can help detect noxious bacteria and viruses. Frequency therapists can then focus on restoring affected areas to optimal vibrational levels.

Targeted Healing

This technique typically follows the general body scan. Once an area, or organ, has been detected as problematic, it can be targeted for healing.

Each organ operates at a different frequency. Here are some examples:

  • Brain 72-78 Hz
  • Heart 67-70 Hz
  • Lungs 58-65 Hz
  • Liver 55-60 Hz
  • Pancreas 60-80 Hz
  • Stomach 58-65 Hz

Toxins and viruses that invade the body operate at low frequencies. Therefore, when a pathogen targets a specific organ, it will lower the frequency reading for that organ.

The purpose of frequency therapy is to bring the frequency back up to an optimal level, while at the same time eradicating the disease.

Healing Frequencies

There are certain frequencies that are associated with healing. These frequencies are believed to have inherent healing properties. Some examples are:

  • 417 Hz
  • 432 Hz
  • 528 Hz

417 Hz

The 417 Hz frequency is a component of the Solfeggio frequency scale, which is associated with effective healing power. This scale is thought to bring balance and harmony to our energy centre, or Sacral chakra.

The 417 Hz frequency is believed to:

  • Expel negative energy from your body
  • Remove negative energy from your environment
  • Facilitate change
  • Help coping with traumatic events
  • Eradicate negative thoughts and actions
  • Balance the Sacral chakra

432 Hz

The 432 Hz frequency is thought to be the “harmonic intonation of nature”. This frequency is believed to have almost a majestic quality, invoking a sense of peace and well-being.

The frequency of the earth itself is 8 Hz. This is generally thought of as the “heartbeat” frequency for our planet.

The 432 Hz actually vibrates in harmony with the 8 Hz frequency. The 432 Hz frequency is thought to:

  • Promote relaxation
  • Encourage flexibility and spontaneity
  • Generate a connection with nature
  • Promote spiritual development
  • Encourage peace of mind, body, and soul

528 Hz

The 528 Hz frequency is often referred to as the ‘Love Frequency’. It is thought of as the ‘miracle tone’, that can even repair damaged DNA.

Although this belief is still in its early stages, there have been studies done to show sound that resonates at 528 Hz can have a restorative effect on damaged DNA.

Does frequency therapy work?

While there is still not enough scientific evidence to make a definitive conclusion either way, the principles are sound. There are no harmful side effects to trying this.  Having trying this myself there is a sense of well-being that is achieved from these frequencies.  It’s worth trying!
