Fertility Coaching and IVF Education
These one-on-one sessions are designed to support individuals or couples seeking evidence-based education and guidance throughout their fertility journey.
Each session is highly individualized and tailored to the patient’s specific fertility diagnosis, treatment plan, and areas where additional support is most needed. Whether you are preparing for treatment, navigating
medication protocols, or managing cycle-related stress, these sessions aim to enhance your understanding while addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of infertility.
In addition to clinical education, fertility coaching also provides a space to explore and manage the emotional toll of fertility challenges. Patients are guided through common experiences such as treatment anxiety, decision-making fatigue, and coping with uncertainty—ensuring you feel
supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
Topics may include but are not limited to:
- Understanding the basics of fertility health, diagnosis, anatomy and physiology
- Review of treatment options (IUI, IVF, ovulation induction, etc.)
- Medication protocols and cycle expectations
- Preconception health optimization
- Lifestyle, nutrition, and mental health support
- Navigating the emotional aspects of fertility care
IVF Injection Education, Demonstration and Administration:
These services provide clinical instruction, hands-on support, and administration of fertility-related injectable medications commonly used in treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF.
Sessions are designed to ensure patients feel confident and well-prepared to self-administer their medications safely and accurately.
Education includes a review of each prescribed medication, proper storage and handling, step-by-step injection techniques (subcutaneous or intramuscular), safe disposal of sharps, and strategies for managing common side effects or injection site reactions.
These sessions aim to reduce anxiety around injections, promote adherence to treatment protocols, and empower patients with the knowledge and skills they need to proceed with fertility care at home or with nurse-administered support.
IVF Injection Consultation:
This service is ideal for first-time users or those beginning a new cycle with updated medications.
An in-depth virtual consultation providing the following but are not limited to:
- Review of your prescribed fertility medications
- Step-by-step demonstration of subcutaneous and/or intramuscular injection techniques
- Safe medication handling, storage, and disposal practices
- Review of potential side effects and how to manage them
- Time for questions and clarification
Follow Up IVF Injection Consultation:
Designed for individuals who have previously completed an initial injection consultation and require further support.
This session can be used to:
- Review injection technique
- Address concerns or troubleshooting
- Provide additional medication instruction as your cycle progresses
Initial Consultation and IVF Injection Service:
Recommended for patients who prefer face-to-face education and hands-on support.
This in-person session includes:
- Comprehensive review of fertility medications
- Hands-on teaching and demonstration of injection techniques
- Administration of your first dose (if required)
- Review of safety protocols and side effect management
In Clinic Follow Up IVF Injection Service:
Ongoing in-clinic administration of injectable fertility medications. This service is suited for patients who require:
- Repeat doses (e.g., Gonal-F, Menopur, Orgalutran, Cetrotide, Progesterone in Oil etc.)
- Continued support with IM or subcutaneous injections
- Nursing administration of medications when self-injection is not preferred
