Have you ever tried treating yourself to a relaxing foot soak? Well it’s relaxing and incredibly easy to do at home especially after a long day! You may wonder whether these oils go well together but it does, and smells amazing!
For Foot Soak treatments, we love using the following essential oils along with Jojoba Oil that are geared towards:
- calming and relaxing
- soothing sore muscles and tendons
- moisturizing dry feet
These essential oils also have anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties to keep our feet stay clean and healthy!
Recipe:
- Lavender 2 drops
- Rosemary 2 drops
- Peppermint 2 drops
- Jojoba Oil 15ml (Carrier Oil)
- 1/2 cup of Epsom Salt
Prepare a foot bath/basin large enough to submerge both feet-fill with hot water (33-37 C) and 1/2 cup of epsom salt-blend the above essential oils in 15ml (or 1 tbsp) of Jojoba Oil and add this to the foot bath-soak feet for 20mins.
