Appointments Pre-Arrival and Arrival
1. If you are no longer able to make your appointment, are sick or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please visit your account page or call us to cancel or reschedule. Note that cancellations within 36 hours
of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Patients are not required to wear a mask during their visit at this time.
3. Online booking and Contactless Payment is available. Patients may choose to enter their credit card information securely on their JANE profile at the time of booking an appointment or before they come in. This way we can process payment immediately after your session. To Enter Credit Card Information in your Jane profile go into:
a. Client Profile
b. Billing
c. Press “Credit Card Tab” (Grey tab in the centre)
d. Enter Credit Card number, expiration and CVV code.
e. Save
